commenced trading in November of 2021, having a very successful first 12 months of operation. The flagship Coles is supported by The Castle Hill Medical Centre, Goodstart Childcare, Snap Fitness, Desi Hatti Indian Grocer, Subway and many more specialty shops. EAM Elara Village Property Fund provides investors with:

• Ownership in a large A-grade shopping centre asset, via an unlisted direct property Fund
• Cash distributions paid to Investors on a quarterly basis, over the 7-year investment term
